How do you do the overnight illustrations? We source our overnight illustrators from Europe. Because our night-time is their daytime, they are able to work all night without having to resort to countless gallons of coffee. This means that if you brief us in the afternoon, you will receive completely finished professional illustrations via email by 9am the next morning.
How can I make changes?
If the image is complicated we will usually provide pencils prior to going to colour illustrations to make sure that we are heading in the right direction. We will endeavour to get these done as quickly as possible in the evening so that you can go to bed secure in the knowledge that the illustrations will be just what you are after.
How about cancellations?
Naturally, if you call to cancel the project prior to the illustrator putting pencil to paper there will be no charge. However, if the pencils have been drawn you will be charged 60% of the relevant rate.
